I'M BLIND!!!!Last night while I was watching TV, my contact fell out. I had it in my hand as I was going to the bathroom to put some solution on it, and somewhere between the bathroom and the living room I lost it! So Carl and I got on our hands and knees and went all up and down the hall way trying to find it...no luck. And since I was not at my house I had no access to any of my other contacts. What a bummer! I had to go all day at work today with one eye, not to mention driving with one eye! We are fixing to go to mi casa and get me some new eyeballs!!!Yesterday I started watching the Gilliam' kids while their parents are at Senior camp and officer's councils. We are having a good time so far. Surprisingly, I have not had much trouble out of them! Yesterday was REALLY good, until it was bedtime...then it got chaotic! Today was a little tough because they were cooped up at the corps all day. But we all survived!!! It is pretty entertaining to watch the kids play with Lil' Bit (that is my beautiful kitty for those of you who don't know). They had the Swiffer Duster running all over the house with Lil' Bit not too far behind! They will do this for hours if I let them. I make them stop because all three of my kiddos will be gasping for air! It is really entertaining! I am surprised Lil' Bit hasn't had any interest in Bonkers and Beaker (they are the Gilliams' ferrets). I locked her up in the bathroom while we were at work today, just in case she decided she wanted a special snack, if ya catch my drift. I do not think she would do anything but I wanted to make sure. Monday is Carl and I's two year anniversary! He bought my present today! He had to let me know he was going to get it and irritate me about the fact I have to wait 'till Monday! I am pretty sure he enjoys watching me be irritated! I love him sooooo much! Well I am going to go because looking at a computer screen with only one eye is really starting to give me a headache! | Oh my goodness...I am watching the most discusting thing in TV!!! Carl and I are watching "Dirty Jobs". On this episode they are working on a sewage backup! It is GROSS....no it is DISCUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are standing in poop, or the proper plumbers term "human feces". The guy who is the host of the show which is also the guy who travels around the world doing all of these dirty jobs, actually picked up some poo and wrote on the wall!!!! The is suprisingly interesting to me...I am just glad I cannot smell wha I am seeing! On a more serious note I want to ask you all to pray for my brother. He is going through a tought time and no matter the outcome I ask you pray for him to be okay. Also if you could pray for my Mema. She is still recovering from cancer as well is my grandpa. Keep them all in your prayers if you could. Well I love you all and have a great day, night, evening, etc. Love ya!!! | |
